Quantity
All orders bought in series (full sizes and full colors for each style) – 12 items minimum / design, are considered wholesale orders thus it will be fit for wholesale prices and advantages.
Mixed & Matched ready made products which selected individually and randomly from exhibited products at ejilbab.com are considered Bulk- find more.
Samples Can be bought online from retail store for Wholesalers, Bulk Buyers and Sole Distributors. Custom samples are accepted (3 samples maximum quantity).
We also offer custom orders for Wholesale customers
No return, exchange or refund on samples.
Prices Wholesale prices are confidential and only published at our wholesale store at www.atrabinc.com published which we guarantee to be the best wholesale price online and offline for the high quality products we sell.
Returns Wholesale and Bulk orders are FINAL and not subject to return or refund in any way! Except for defected items that might mistakenly passed our QC Department or could be damaged during shipping or any error from our side then ejilbab.com reserves the right of exchanging or refunding the defected items. No returns on samples.
Payment Information To confirm your order, a down payment of 50% of total order shall be wired directly when placing an order to allow it to take place in manufacturing queue, the other 50% shall be sent when customer receives his/her shipment legal documents after his/her order is completed and right before shipping.
We only accept the following payment methods for wholesale orders: Bank Wire transfer, Western Union.
Private Labeling We can place your label if you have it printed and sent to our factory before shipping.
Preparation time Preparation time to finish manufacturing your order will take a minimum of 14 business days and this number will increase according to the season when ordering and order quantity.
Delivery We will ship your order by Cargo to the nearest airport in your city. Delivery period will take max of 10 business days from the date of handling to shipping company.

Wholesale FAQ's
1. What's the wholesale minimum? Minimum of 15 Pieces of each design and a minimum total order of 100 Non-Assorted items (In Series- Full Colors & Sizes)
2. What payment methods do you have for wholesalers? We accept Bank Wire transfer only.
3. Can I assort pieces to make up a series? No, the items ordered will have to be of the same style, size and color in order to qualify for the dozen prices. Any quantities less than a dozen will be billed according to price per piece.
4.What are your fabrics made of? All our fabrics are high quality Korean and Egyptian fabrics made from Polyester, Georgette, Cotton, and Spandex.
5. What is your pricing policy? Only qualified wholesale orders will receive Special price list that exceeds production cost with a tiny profit margin that cannot be competed.
6. What is your return policy? We only accept exchanging defected items in Bulk orders and this can be easily made by contacting our Sales Dept at sales@atrabinc.com
7. Can you do custom colors and sizes? Of course! Just write to sales@atrabinc.com the details of your order information like qty, sizes, colors and destination then wait for price list from our wholesale Dept representative.
8. How can I quickly see the garments? Buy a Sample online. No special discounts for Samples.
9. How many items are in a series? Series Quantity will differ according to sizes and colors requested. So it’s the wholesaler who decides the quantity of each design series according to his instructions but usually it’s never less than 12 items.
10. How can I place an order? To place a wholesale order please fill our Online wholesale Form shown Below. An online copy of our catalogue with price list shall be sent to your email within 24 hours after filling form.
