How to Return?

  • Fill out the Return Form: Please fill the form with your comments and reason why you're returning the item.

  • Pack Your Return: Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose the invoice with your Return Form.

  • Send us an Email: We expect your email to sales@ejilbab.com to send us the tracking number for the returned shipment in order to follow up with you and confirm receipt and return acceptance upon provided reasons by your good self.

  • Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account is credited. Please expect the credit in your account within 14- 30 business days after we receive your return.

Accepted Reasons For Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for one of the following reasons:

  • Defected item during shipping.

  • Defected item from source.

  • Incorrect item/size according to our Size chart not to customer's expectations.

We will be happy to accept your return within 7 days from the receipt date as long as the item was not turned, wore or has its tickets removed then you can simply ask for a full refund or to issue an immediate exchange.

Rejected Reasons For Returns:

  • All Accessories and Hijab sales are Final and closeout items with no return and/or refund.

  • All returns for (color change) reason, will be automatically rejected due to differences of resolution that screens may cause

  • All returns for *Customs or extra fees reasons are automatically rejected and wont be refunded, returned nor exchanged.

  • All **customized sales are Final and closeout items with no return and/or refund unless there is an error on our part or defected item.

  • All samples are Final and closeout items with no return and/or refund.

  • All Bulk & wholesale orders are Final and closeout items with no return and/or refund

* Returns for Customs and Taxes Reasons

eJilbab.com is highly sensitive towards customs that some countries may impose over imported garments, so we usually decrease the commercial invoice to least level which usually protect our customers from any unexpected customs or fees that they might pay. Nevertheless it is still unpredictable for us! So we apologize to accept returns for Customs or taxes reasons! thus, any denial from customer to receive his/her purchase due to this reason will not be returned to company but it will be destroyed at customs Area in the customers country and No refund will be issued then.

Refund & Exchange

A full refund shal be issued within 14 business days from date of return received.

To issue an exchange please confirm your return from Sales Dept. whom will proceed with shipping the alternative item immediately if it was available in the stock, or to issue a Voucher with the original order value that you can use at any convenient time for whichever item/items you wanted to buy.

* Important* eJilbab.com will never handle return shipping cost no matter the cause! However, we will exchange your defected or wrong items received and will handle full reshipping charges to you at any place in the world.
